Sad News
We were out at the field this morning to hunt for the lost wing and test-fly a small gas plane (supposed to be mine, but … ) when Dedstik came in and called everyone not actually flying together to give us some news.
Shockingly, the club president’s younger son (I believe age 21), dropped dead at work yesterday. The cause isn’t known yet — word is there will be an autopsy to find out — but it came as a shock, since no one knew of any problems with his health. I know he looked vigorous and happy at the picnic and open house earlier.
May memories of happier times support his family in this time of loss and sorrow.
