Hat tip to Mike C., via Nuke Gingrich:
Russian scientist predicts global cooling
I’m having hysterics (well, not quite) over this one, as I can remember very clearly back in the 70s, all sorts of scientists were predicting we were in the beginnings of a global cooling cycle that would lead to another Ice Age.

Hey, thanks for the link Empire.
I’ve added one for Beer Garden in my sidebar favorites.

Hiya, Nuke!
You’re most welcome for the link, and thanks for yours. I’d put you in one on the sidebar here, if I could figure out how.
NB — you get the Big Firstie, as the first comment ever here!

Oooo, the Big Firstie!
The first of many.
About adding links to the sidebar:
I don’t know too much about Blogsome, but I would guess if you can get to your template that has all of the html, then scroll down to the blogsome link and the blogsome forums link and manually type in the links that you want to add, using the blosome link as a pattern of sorts. Other than that, you can go to blogrolling.com and get a free blogroll. Just fill in the links that you want to display and cut and past the blogrolling script into your blog.

BTW, Here’s a quick reference guide to html that I use quite often to help remind me. It’s far from being comprehensive, but it gets me where I want to go. If an old fart like me can figure it out, anybody can.

#3 Nuke —
I tried your methods, but had problems, so I went into the management section of the Garden and found, after a bit of looking, a place where I could add links to the sidebar without manually messing with the template. Whew! It’s not exactly the way I’d like it, but it works without messing anything else up, so I’ll settle for it.

Bookmarked, with thanks! I actually have the HTML “Idiot’s Guide” (and in this case, the name’s actually appropriate), but half the time I can’t find exactly what I’m after, so it’s less helpful than I might wish.

My pleasure.
The links look great.
Many thanks.
